Wine of Australia This shiraz is a smooth, rich red wine with an aromatic nose of black cherry and blueberry, supported by subtle notes of warm spice. Plush yet elegant, with lively berry fruits, velvety tannins and a long, focused palate. Shiraz pairs well with grilled, roast and barbecued red meats, dark fruit sauces, mexican, turkish and chinese spices, and smoky flavours. Blass reserve release shiraz is great with duck sausage cassoulet, or lamb cutlets with fennel. Alcohol content: 14%
