Wine of New Zealand Stoneleigh wild valley pinot noir has been wild fermented to naturally capture the brilliance and purity of the pinot noir grape. A palate bursting with flavours of strawberry, raspberry, boysenberry and dark cherry, all complemented by subtle savoury and toasty notes. Layers of texture and rich flavours give this wine a voluminous mouth-feel. A vibrant wine with rich red-berry aromas. This wine is best enjoyed with succulent red meat dishes, such as spring lamb, duck, veal or game. Dishes featuring mushrooms or red berry fruits will also complement this pinot noir beautifully. Alcohol content: 14%
