The 'golden mile' in marlborough has delivered a beautifully rich and weighty chardonnay with an abundance of complex flavours. A rich and creamy palate with great intensity presents flavours of ripe nectarine and notes of brioche. This wine exhibits flinty, savoury and smoky characters on the nose with underlying ripe stone fruit notes. Serve lightly chilled on its own, or as an accompaniment to a wide range of succulent and rich dishes including white meat, poultry, pasta and fresh seafood.
